Help me decide if this is a good trade

I would be trading away James Starks and Davante Adams for Charcandrick West and Stefon Diggs. It is a PPR league.

He didn't go for it. I have an updated trade situation in another league. Its a standard league and I would be trading Alshon Jeffery for Deangelo Williams.

Both are good plays down the stretch capable of putting up solid numbers weekly.
Depends on what you need more for your lineup a RB or a WR. I would prefer DW myself between the two due to RB's being the more scarce commodity.
*also note that DW had a foot issue earlier in the week...it may be nothing at all but it is worth monitoring.
