Had Palmer backing up Ryan...what now?

Do I roll with a mediocre Ryan every week or do I grab a backup for matchup based starts?
I'm 7-3 and in 2nd place in a 14 team league.
Available QB's are:

Exact same situation... I am thinking about moving McKinnon or OBJ for either Cam or Roethelisberger. I am not comfortable with Ryan being my QB1 down the playoff stretch.

Also considering trading for a QB. I'll have Josh Gordon coming back soon which could make Alshon Jeffery expendable(also have Nelson and Sanders).
What's a reasonable target in exchange for Jeffery?
One team in my league has Brees and Roethlisberger. Is Big Ben too tall of an order?
