Guidelines to start a dynasty league?

Can anyone point me to a good resource for starting a dynasty league? Anyway to set it up using ESPN (didn't see an option for it)? Rules, rosters, etc.? TIA

On ESPN you set a regular league and allow keepers.

You're going to want 20-25 man rosters.

You'll have to track trades off-site on google docs/excel, etc.
