Who would you start in the flex this weekend:Nelson or Murray? I have A.Brown and S.Watkins at WR. D. Williams and S.Ware at RB.

Murray will touch the ball 18 to 22 times.
Nelson will touch the ball 4 to 7 times.

Murray has more of an opportunity to put more points up. Go with the RB

Fantasy pros who do I start thingy has Jordy at 96% over Demarco. That's pretty overwhelming.

If it's a PPR league, I'd definitely start Jordy. I would probably start Jordy even in standard scoring. DeMarco is probably going to lose carries to Derrick Henry as almost all NFL RB's are by committee.
