First Offline Draft

I will be in my first offline draft ever this coming Friday. Anyone have any tips? I am also looking for the "best" cheat sheet to use for this.

I don't think strategy should be any different. Make sure yall use a timer though. I've been to a few draft parties that took about 4 hours.

Not at all. You can hang out with your friends as long as you want before and after, but as far as the actual draft goes, everyone loses interest about 2 hours in when it takes that long.

This is my first year as a commish, and we are doing a live draft with the big board and all that, but we have one guy who can't make it... Can I input the pics on ESPN.com as the draft goes on so he can draft 'live'?? What's the best way to handle it?

Ok thanks... I'm going to go to our draft spot today or tomorrow and see how it looks on the tv (picture quality, etc) and will probably check this out
