Fantasy Football Draft Locations

I'm in a 16 team league with a 100 dollar buy in (might be increasing). Everybody is recently graduated from college (ages 23-26) and we always make a big event of the draft.
When everyone was in college, we would rent out the basement of one of the biggest bars in town and put up a big-board on the wall. Two years ago, we drafted at Loco's in Atlanta. Last year we went to the Cherokee Casino in North Carolina. Now that most people are a few years removed from college, we are willing to be a bit more extravagant.
We are pretty much all from Atlanta, and some of the locations being thrown around are Charleston, Savannah, Nashville, and New Orleans.
Does anyone have any recommendations for location/venue? Has anyone done a draft that was particularly bad arse?

What's more extravagant than Vegas? Monte Carlo?

Vegas would be nice, but I'll be in Baton Rouge this year. Any places around town that are good locations or have good incentives/promotions?
