Here are the first 4 rankings I cranked out, starting from the worst.

Gyno's Preseason Rankings v1.0
How They Work: I ranked 5 positions from each team, 1 to 12, with 1 being the best and 12 being the worst. The postions were QB, RB, WR, TE and FL, and Bench. I combined the flex and TE position into one ranking, and ranked the 3 best players on your bench to form your Bench ranking, not counting backup QB. Obviously, the higher overall number your team receives, the worse it is. Your position is based soley on the number I came up with.
Remember, it is August 14th. These are subject to change and it should be noted that they are my biased opinion of each team. There are some that I didnt like and some that I did. I did all the rankings blind.
11. Bham - 48
Bham's team will hinge on the resurgence of Chris Johnson and the health of Jamal Charles. They could be two top 5 backs if everything works out. As of now, though, I have them as question marks. Josh Freeman and Santonio Holmes may be the two worst starters on any team, though I do like Freeman to rebound somewhat. Freeman was my worst starting QB, and Holmes dragged down his WR rating. BHam does have nice starters in Julio and AHern and a middle of the pack bench. I felt this was the worst team today, but could very well overachieve.
10. Cannon- 46
I didn't expect this team to be this low, but when I added up the numbers, there it was. Not bad by any means, I think my question marks surrounding DMC's injuries and CJ Spiller's work load had him in the bottom portion of RBs. Fitz will be steady but I question Maclin, who I felt he reached on big time. Miles Austin is as inconsistent as they come, and Greg Olson is meh. However, if this teams plays like it is capable of, it will be one of the best. A lot of boom/bust potential.
9. DCB- 36
DCB obviously landed the best QB in Rodgers, but his running game brought him down. In fact, I had him as the lowest RB in the league. Relying on TRich and BJGE seems like a recipe for disaster. Rookie RBs struggle, and CLE' OLine is terrible. BJGE has proven to be a goal line beast, but Im not sure what to expect from him in CIN's run oriented offense. WRs are solid and his flex ranking would've been near the top had Wells not been paired with Jimmy Graham.
8. Dro- 36
Another solid team brought down by one ranking, in this case, WR. I love AJ Green's talent, but I question Andy Dalton and the rest of that offense to take pressure off of him. Robert Meachem as a WR2 scares me as well. The RBs have a chance to be the best tandem in the league if FJax comes back healthy, and his flex play of Gore/Vernon is solid. If AP is hurt, Gerhart will be a nice pickup for him.

7. PCT - 33
I had Port in the top 6 in QB and RB, and just outside the top 6 in WR. Top to bottom, his starters were solid, but his bench was one of the lowest. That should be noted. Obviously Brees is Brees, and SJax and Turner have been two of the most reliable RBs in the game for a few years. I like Brandon Marshall a lot as well, but am not a Demaryius Thomas fan. I thought that was a big reach. Desean Jackson is inconsistent and Finley just hasn't taken that next step yet. This team is still very good, however, and should see the playoffs.
6. Kashonly- 31
This team was all over the place. I had it ranked pretty terrible in RB and WR, but the high rankings of Brady and Gronk/Gates brought it towards the top. I had Bradshaw/K. Smith as the 2nd worst RB tandem in the league, and Steve Johnson/Collie as the 9th best. I look at it as basically starting an RB2 and a RB3, then a WR2 and a WR3. Bradshaw is a solid RB2, and Kevin Smith is an unknown at this point in that backfield. Johnson is as consistent as they come as a WR2, but Collie's production hinges on Luck. For as much shite as we gave him, I had Gronk/Gates as the best flex and TE combo in the league.
5. Tots- 29
Welker and Johnson were far and away the best WR tandem in the league. Im not sold on having Lynch and Bush as my two starting RBs, so I had them ranked a little lower. Matt Ryan also came in as one of my worst starting QBs in the league. I was pretty high on the Smith/Davis combo, and I felt Tots had a very strong bench. Welker and CJ will carry this team. I see Lynch/Bush/Smith regressing somewhat, so Im not sure about the rest of this squad.
4. Honkus- 29
Like Port, he had a solid starting core but his bench dropped him a lot. Take it how you will. This is one of the top teams, ranking in the top 7 in QB, WR, and TE/FL, and it also owns my top RB ranking. Cam and McCoy are going to give teams fits. Redman should be an adequate RB2. If Cruz and Harvin can repeat last year, this very well be the best team. JStew is a solid flex play and Jason Witten is as solid as they come at the TE. It is a bit unfair to judge this team by the ranking, because the bench isn't that important. Very good team right here, don't get it twisted.

I just can't put Brees > Rodgers w/ all the turmoil in NO this past offseason + no SP

thx G, pretty spot on analysis, however I thought RG3 would boost my bench strength (as most analysts have him in the low QB1/high QB2 range)

yeah, not sure if you looked over the trade offer.
TRich isn't going to be ready, and BGE is miss a week or two from a foot injury
there's a good chance you won't have a starting RB week 1.
Collie was targeted 5 times in the first quarter for 45 yards and a TD
he had ~60 catches from 3 shite QBs as a wr3, your guy only had 69 catches from a SB winning QB as a wr2.
Not saying you should reconsider, just please don't think it wasn't worth a counter or that somehow I was trying to screw you.

I ran everyone's team through the "rate my team" app on footballguys.com. For those not familiar, it is a tool that tells you strengths and weaknesses for your team and tells you what % they think you have for making the playoffs based on their projections.
Below is the "bottom line" for each team and a link where you can check out the rest of the information (hit edit info at the top and make sure I entered everything right). I'm posting the first rankings that come up (based on David Dodds' projections). If you don't like what he says about your team, just click one of the other guy's name and see what he thinks.
Full disclosure: My ratings are super high according to Dodds because his is one of the cheatsheets I used during the draft. As I said in an earlier post, he likes my team way more than I. I disclose this because I don't want y'all thinking I'm bragging about my team and its %. I just think this is a fun app to play with and there is some good info there.
Also, don't think I put a ton of work into loading this. I bought their draft software several years ago and used it for our draft. Using that, I can just hit a button and it automatically sends the info to the "rate my team" app.
Usually, there are a couple of teams that it shows as absolute locks. The fact that there are none means everyone did a decent job drafting and no one was able to take advantage of other people's stupidity (except Tots taking Matt Ryan after my brain fark )
Good draft guys. Looking forward to the season.

makes the playoffs?
BTW....I did trade evaluate between Gronk and all the 2nd rounders....I lose points if I trade, everyone else save 1 gains
I did gates to the 2nd rounders...I lost points, and pretty much everyone else gains.
Can I change my name to Flexploit...maybe Flextime....or maybe Rondotellmehowmyasstaste?

3. Drew Orleans- 28
I was surprised this guy drafted so well, but he did. I had him in the top 6 in QB, RB, and WR, as well as bench. Landing the steal of the draft often propels a team to the top during the season, and that is what we might see with this team and Stafford. What a steal. Forte/Murray are potentially the best RB tandem in the league, and Brandon Lloyd and Decker will reap huge benefits with their new QBs, IMO. I wasn't crazy about the TE or flex, because Im not buying Torrey Smith because Flacco sucks. But look at this bench... Matthews and Britt.. they could pay huge dividends down the stretch as a RB1 and WR1. But that remains to be seen. This team will be one to watch.
2. LE- 26
This is a PPR league, and Roddy White is the most unheralded WR stud out there. He just oozes consistency. Dwayne Bowe is a great WR2 to have as well. Ray Rice is my top RB this year, and Mike Vick is a top 5 QB in what will be a bounce back campaign. Stevan Ridley is MEH, but if he can find the endzone and catch a few passes, he will be serviceable. I had his flex/TE at 4. Dez Bryant has all the talent in the world, but will he put it together this year? Pettigrew is the most forgotten about TE, but was one of the most targeted receivers last year. Stafford loves him. He could go over 100 catches this year and launch himself into top TE talks. Overall, this team will have the chance to blow people out every week, but will also lay some duds as Vick, Bowe, Bryant are inconsistent.
1. Rondo- 24
I liked my boy rondo's team the best. He will have consistent production at every position if MJD comes back and AJ stays healthy. MJD/McGahee came in at 8 on my RB ranking. Neither are pretty but they get the job done. MJD's holdout dropepd them. I really liked his WR. I feel he has 2 WR1 with AJ and Nicks. I also liked his flex/te a lot with Colston and TGonz. Colston could sneak into the WR1 territory this year, and we know Matt Ryan loves Gonzalez, especially in the red zone. He is good for a stead 12-15 points a game. Rondo also has some nice bench options with Helu, DeAngelo, and Floyd. All three could surprise people are be very good players for him.

I didn't take QBs into consideration with your bench rating, considering you can only start one. I really just looked at your backup RB, WR, TE because you fit them in your lineup if you wanted.
