Fantasy Baseball Keeper Help

So I finished 2nd place this season only because my opponent used the loophole in the ESPN system and streamed 11 SPs on Sunday (Saturday 15/16 to Sunday 26/16 limit) and beat me in wins by 2.

We ended up tying 5-5 but since he's #1 seed and I was the #2 he ended up the champion. bullshite if you ask me but ESPN and Yahoo both have this problem apparently.

Anyway I needed some help choosing my keepers. 12 team keeper league and we can only keep 8 players. No limits on how long or draft picks given up.
