Package Graham and Trich for a RB like charles or McCoy.
ETA: And their TE as long as it isn't Gronk, Cameron, Julius Thomas, or Gates.

Too many people fall in love with big names and won't accept trades that actually make their teams better. Sounds like you're running into that problem.
You could try Graham and Nicks for a top WR and mid TE. This would be a bit redundant though.

I would but I really like Gordon (have him in both of my leagues). I think that trade makes your team a lot better. Gordon would be the best WR on your team and both Nicks and Allen are better Flex players than Powell. Giving up Graham is tough but getting Witten in that trade eases that pain a bit.

WR - Nicks
TE - Witten
Flex - Keenan Allen
That is a solid lineup in a 12 man league.

Either take the trade or wait til Harvin/Allen, prove to be bigger bait. You need to get rid of Trich bad. Trade him straight up to Ridley/Bernard/Lacy owner.
