Dynasty Question

So in Dynasty are teams allowed to make trades when the playoffs start and the team is out of the playoffs?
I do not know why there isnt a trade deadline. But there isnt. I asked the Commish and got:
"Teams out of the playoffs in a non redraft should not be penalized for missing the playoffs. There is the chance a valuable player can come along in the next 3 weeks that everyone should have a chance at"
Just bringing it here, never been in a dynasty league before?

I like the fact that teams out of the playoffs can deal older players to playoff teams for picks

It's the same way in my league, no problem with it.
A contender can trade a guy like Dixon to a team that missed the playoffs for a better flex play.
