Duke Johnson worth #1 waiver pick?

0.5 ppr, someone dropped Duke and I have the #1 waiver pick. Should I use it or hope he falls through waivers? 12 team league.
My other running backs are
Leveon Bell, Rashad Jennings, Christine Michael, Spencer Ware and Thomas Rawls ...probably gonna drop Rawls

Duke should have a nice game this week imo. Patriots will take away Pryor which leaves Duke and Barnidge getting some receptions.

He's been stashed on my bench all year long. If he doesn't do anything this week, I feel I'm gonna drop him. I would just wait and hope he falls through.
