I am #1 in Waivers. 12 team league, 4 playoff teams. So he will be back for 15/16. He would be my WR3 behind Cooks and Hopkins in a .5 PPR. My other WR are Steve Smith and Tyrell Williams.

Who would you drop for him and what other players could you use your waiver bid on?

Paul Perkins, and the waivers are extremely depleted at this point.

It's worth a shot then. Perkins probably won't make your lineup while Jeffery certainly could in weeks 15 and 16.

I picked up Watkins a couple weeks back in hopes that he'll play this year, especially with the soft pass defenses he has left on schedule. If your roster has depth, you can afford to take a chance.

Keep in mind that Jeffery has ONE TD this year. Granted, Cutler has been out. But still, I wouldn't go out of my way or compromise my roster for him.

I've been sitting on #1 for like 5 weeks now. I'm dropping a backup who wont crack my lineup so I feel its worth a shot. If he comes out in weeks 15/16 and goes off he puts potential lost money back into his pockets.. that's my thinking

I think you can roll with Steve Smith as WR #3 and be fine barring another injury. - definitely wouldn't waist your #1 waiver on it. See if he makes it through and then just pick him up and drop whatever scrub rb you want

That's what I was thinking just wanted to make sure. Can't pass up on a 2nd-3rd round talent when the waivers are useless anyway

I'd do it if you don't have a big need to fill. Stash him and hope he can help you in the championship.

What's the consensus? Drop?

ETA I'm 3rd in the league and have led the league pretty much all season. Playoff bound. I'm hoping to drop him and add Oakland's defense over Bengals D. What say you?

Add immediately.

His playoff schedule is fantastic and he commands the targets in that offense.
