I would get Ingram. Standard 10 team league.
My RBs: Latavious, Yeldon, Chris Thompson
My WRs: Julio, Crabtree, DT88, Hurns, Michael Thomas, Meredith
His RBs: Riddick, Booker, Howard, Bibbs
His WRs: Dez, Marshall, Tyrell Williams, Fitzgerald, Sanders, Michael Floyd
I"m gonna try to get Charcandrick or Antone Smith off waivers, but I really need a running back. I know Ingram looks like he might be in the doghouse, but he's better than Yeldon

Absolutely not. DeMaryius has actually been having a solid year thus far. I would see what it would take to get Jordan Howard or look at another roster. Realistically, you could give Michael Thomas and get Mark Ingram imo, Thomas has had a damn good year fantasy wise.

Granted you badly need RBs, but no way I would trade Thomas for fricking Ingram. I think you could do a lot better.
