Drop Michael Floyd for Stedman Bailey in PPR?

Obviously, I'm badly in need of a flex option in a 14-team league. The only reason I've held Floyd this long is because of a thin waiver wire. Bailey is available and since week 8 Floyd has laid an egg on two occasions and averaged only about 5pts a game.

Drop floyd and play an empty flex spot and you may fair better than he has played....
But seriously, yes. You can stream any random scrub wide receiver and get near the floor of Floyd. Take the gamble and ride the hot hand with Bailey..... Unless you have someone else you can afford to drop.
