Why would you do that? Statistically they are the same guy so far.
Brown: 12 targets, 9 receptions, 91 yards, 1 TD
Adams: 13 targets, 9 receptions, 92 yards, 0 TDs,
Difference is Brown has less competition in Arizona and Adams has an ankle injury. I'm not saying Adams isn't worth picking up, but I wouldn't drop Brown to do it.
