Would you accept an offer to trade draft picks? I have the #1 Overall Pick in a 12 team league and a person who is interesting in trading for it.

Would you Trade your #1 Overall Pick and your 15th Rd Pick

for

#8 Overall Pick and their 3rd Rd Pick?

This. Try to counter. If not 2nd round pick, then go for a 5-7th. This individual clearly doesn't understand drafting and will likely give you more than just that

Just giving you a hard time. But I would bargain with the guy. Obviously he wants the #1 pick

and he could very well know that his offer is more than fair. Like i said, you run the risk of insulting him or him second guessing & losing any offer all together. Just accept it and cash in

He ended up changing his verbal offer, and it wasn't as good so I passed. He wanted my 4th Rd and #1 overall for his #8 overall and 3r Rd pick.
