Does Jose Reyes have any Value?

I selected Jose Reyes on one of my teams, hoping he would come back from suspension ready to go. However, with Story tearing it up, even if/when he comes back, I would think it's Story's job to lose. I should probably drop him at this point right?

Shouldn't be rostered, he will be suspended when he comes back, unless he can force his way out of Colorado I don't see him playing this year at all.
