If you're in a deep, cuthroat league, maybe hold on to Lewis. Im not sure he is a sure thing when he does come back. what if James White plays well? What if Gaffney does emerge? Between now and then, you'll likely see Lewis sitting on your bench, thinking you like someone on the waiver wire a lot more. And he'll be the last man on your roster. So will he even make it that far on your team?

that said i dont think Gaffney is the add. If you do add him, wait and see who gets cut in NE. Does Blount or Bolden get cut? Both these dudes seem to be well liked by the staff. If those one or both of those guys dont get cut, I dont see how Gaffney gets enough any run.

I would think Blount would still get the majority of the goal line carries.

NE is the one team I don't bother drafting a RB from. You literally have no idea who will play vs who wont.

You should probably put him on IR if you're league was smart enough to have one of those spots

Gaffney is no lock to make a roster. I'd wait until those are finalized, then drop Lewis for a backup RB with upside
