What do yall think about moving to a 5-day, or even full 7-day per week FAAB waiver system?

I just hate, cannot stand the rush to the waiver wire when news breaks on players.

I don't dislike FAAB... I just don't care for it.

You got your Springer in Votto last year.

You paid what you felt he was worth.

Point: the system works.

I know. I'd blow my budget in a month and make pickups fine w/o it. Like I said, I don't have a problem with it. My thing is I like to stick to the traditional style fantasy play. It's just my shtick. Truthfully, my interest has been been gravitating more towards daily fantasy leagues which fits my skill set more these days with the ever changing rules changes and evolution of the leagues. As it continues to evolve year after year, I probably won't keep more than a league on this board and start heavily investing in daily action.

It's no biggie if it changes if the league feels it's what's best for the future of the league. It shouldn't be hard to find a replacement owner for my team when I feel my time is done.

Jesus, Papz. I just proposed a new rule. You don't have to quit the league

I didn't say I was quitting. I'm not going anywhere this year.

I do think I'm going to try something new next year though... regardless of any rule changes. I've been wanting to see how lucrative the daily leagues can be.

So how do y'all want me to do this with keepers next week? Should I assign them off of the cahrt I have? or is everyone setting them themselves? Dropping all unkept guys?

Drop everyone but 10. Do not select them as keepers.

Everyone goes in and picks up the players they drafted.

We need to figure out what the rules are going to be moving forward in regards to players signed on a MLB team but without a profile.

And the international guys -- I think all those guys should go through the DATBL draft at least once, because even if you don't have a high pick to draft them, they add depth to the pool. That benefits everyone.

I put up a poll question about the ESPN player pool discussion.

Make sure your keepers are correct in my spreadsheet. I will cancel the keeper deadline on the league page, but as of right now I will manually drop any non-keepers if you havent already done so(help me out and just drop them).

I'm pretty sure we are all on the same page with that, except maybe frat?

-INTL players that that sign mid season must go through the DAT draft the next spring. Can't be snatched mid season.

-MiLB guys not in ESPNs database can be held using a retired MLB guy as a placeholder (the Mookie rule). This seems like a pretty rare occurance.

Do we need a "JewT" rule? Must attempt to meet your IP each week and have a starting lineup of MLB guys?
