Yep. Set it at 100 and run it every morning at 10. And allow for $0 bids.
I'd rather not restrict pick trading. Is selling out and bailing really a problem?
ETA i think its a very creative solution but i'm not convinced there's a problem to fix. I'm open to be swayed tho.

Mitigation of a potential problem isn't so bad. Don't want to have someone who knows they are quitting the league the next year sell-off, make money, quit the league, and us be left with a team who has no picks.

In my fantasy football league, if you trade any of your top half picks you have to come back next season or pay the league fee.

There was a team that left this league in the last few years with basically all its top picks traded.
That got me concerned at the time.
I'd just like to be proactive rather than reactive.

I'm still a newbie in this league but Tduecen was a solid guy and very active in a nonactive ATL League. I fully support him getting the open team.
