If you're willing to pay monthly for a site, numberfire is great.
They have a lineup combination application that lets you select a group of 25 players and it spits out the best combinations based on projections.
You can submit lineups and get feedback from other users. Also has a listing of most often used players based on submitted lineups, which is useful when trying to determine who will be highly owned in contests.
Junkyard Jake is a good free site that I use for team defense rankings vs positions.
