Rolling out with this lineup Monday:

*Time to show off that pull power, Gattis
*Believe Kazmir got rocked at HOU early on in 2014. Altuve ignites a big spark from Astros lineup.
*ARod is cheap, facing a lefty and is demonstrating a good approach at the plate
*Segura, couldn't decide if I wanted Andrus or Alcides instead
*Travis Snider smacked a homer yesterday. He looks for 2 in a row against Pine Tar Pineda.
*Trumbo runs into one, same with Grandy in new look Citi Field.

I won all but one time last week. This is much better than basketball because I know more.

I also did well last week. I cashed 3 out of 6 tournaments. I did well because I know less.

I just concentrate on the handedness splits, the parks, the weather. I don't care a great deal about names other than pitchers.

Wasn't confident in Trumbo. Swapped him out for JHeyward and took Freeman out for Duda.

Let's go Mets!

The names matter a ton to me because you can get good players undervalued. Arenado at $3500 for the first series. He was $4600 once he returned to Coors.

Also, there is a hyperinflation Coors tax in Fanduel. Players literally cost $1000 more.

I guess I meant that I think stars in baseball matter much less on a day to day basis, moreso than any other sport.

I mean in b-ball Lebron is never going to have negative points. Even in his bad games he will give you production. In baseball even the top guys will go on streaks of 0-for games, and that's just the normal course of baseball, mainly because there's so many games.

Oakland will not hit many home runs.

I don't need them to. My thing is I like to identify spots that favor teams that won't be highly owned.

Loading up on Colorado bats at Coors Field usually gets you nowhere but the middle of the pack and makes it much harder to win.

when you win, yes.

so far for me.... meh.

started Bud Norris tonight in a $2 game. Big tournament.

almost 49,000 entries.

so I started doing some $1 games too. They have far less entries.

one of them is about 11,500 entries and the other one is over 5,700 entries. The cash prizes are smaller but whatever... just trying to win some here and there is good enough for me.

when football starts I'll try a few $25 games. I had decent success with that last year. I seriously doubt I'll ever win anything big but I'd rather play this than the Florida lotto.

Devon Travis continues to be a good value. He was only $2500 on Fan Duel tonight.

1 HR, 1 double, 2 RBI, 1 run.

My team is going ape shite tonight. I have 43+ points.

I am in first by 10 points, but I was an idiot and did a 50/50.

I have a solid start from Jon Niese and bombs from d'Arnaud, Rizzo, Lowrie, and Rajai Davis. I could have cashed out nicely in a tourney.

ETA: Rajai Davis is a must play any time he gets the start IMO.

I used him in my $2 game but that lineup only has 31 points at the moment.

The guy who has the lead stacked his team with Blue Jays. Travis, Donaldson, and Bautista.

You would probably have around $30 already in the $85K Wed Squeeze with the 43+ points you have so far.

I am at 49.33 now. Let me know what I would have ended with, so I can be butthurt.

What is the entry fee? $1 or $2?

it was a $2 one.

you would be down to $15 now at 49.33 believe it or not.

that's the tough part about big tournaments.

a lot of these guys enter multiple lineups( same exact ones.)

the other night when B Mac was pitching I had other Dodgers besides him going and was sitting nice but then all of sudden I was back down to $10. Only won $7 when all was said and done.

hoping the Pels can hold on
