Cooks or Landry?

I currently have Cooks who as you all know too well, underperformed all season. Landry is available right now. Should I stand pat with Cooks or drop him for Landry? Advice greatly appreciated.

Is this an 8 team league? Even so Landry should not be available. Landry all day over cooks

Yes this is an 8 team league. He was recently dropped (I assume because of the upcoming bye week). I thought Landry was the better of the 2 but wanted some advice from you guys. I'm fairly new to fantasy and didn't want to make a rash decision without some more thought.
