Carson Palmer or Ryan Fitzpatrick?

Still torn on which QB I should start this week. Which of these QBs should I go with? Palmer against the Panthers and Fitzpatrick against the Browns are both good matchups too.

Browns defense basically gives a floor of 25 points to QBs.
Also the Cardinals are dreadful on the East Coast in the early games. See @Buffalo this season.

Yeah I went with Fitz. He has thrown a million INTs so far, but I think he turns it around like he did at the end of last year, and I believe it starts this week against the Browns. Thanks for the input guys.
