Carr or bortles ?

Probably Bortles vs. Tenn. Carr had a nice outing against them last week and the Bortles/Robinson connection has looked good.
It's close because Sammy Watkins did work last week against KC, so the Carr/Cooper connection will probably look good. Although last week was KC's worst defensive performance in a while--I'd imagine they get back on track this week.

I'm gonna say Carr this week even though I'm a little biased since I'm starting Carr in two leagues and playing against Bortles in one. With Justin Houston out of the lineup Carr should have it much easier with more time in the pocket. I think they both put up good numbers today but I give the edge to Carr.
