Can Golden Tate do it again with Riddick out?

Kind of forced to start Tate as my flex with Moncreif and Pryor both hurt. Hoping he will get similar work since Riddick is out. I realize he won't have a career day again, but a big day would help.
My other options are Dwayne Washington and Fleener.

I would play Tate- tough matchup though with Norman and Breeland but I'm playing him over the other two and he went off last week.

Pretty much what I'm thinking. However, if Washington is good to go, the Skins are 26th giving up fantasy points to RBs.
