Brandin Cooks FOR Mariotta & Rashad Jennings

PPR League, 2QB League
Guy offered me Mariotta & Jennings for Cooks.
Other QB's I have: Flacco, Alex Smith, Brady
Other WR's I have: John Brown, Will Fuller, Agholor, Maclin, Michael Thomas
Other RB's I have: Doug Martin, David Johnson, Jeremy Hill, James White
My first reaction was NO, but thought I'd check here.
Started the season with Keenan Allen as well

Other QB's I have: Flacco, Alex Smith, Brady

You have 3 quarterbacks and solid running backs. This does not improve your team and takes away your best receiver. The answer is clear.

So you're thin at WR, have decent RBs, and Mariota is not an upgrade for you at QB?

Definitely declined the trade 
I have actually have 4 QB's because I'm waiting for Brady's suspension to be over.
Also, in a 2QB league, QB's are like GOLD.
8 teams, 16 starting QB's in league. Along with bye week adds.
In a few weeks, several QB's will be injured, and someone WILL give me a good trade for Flacco or Smith, who by then will be worlds better than all that's left.
I forgot, I also have Tannehill. Hey, I could pick up random dudes no one knows how they'll do for my bench, or I can corner the QB market.

Qbs are not as valuable as you think if its just a 8 team (2qb) league. I play in a 20 team league and not everyone gets a backup QB. You cant just trade backup caliber QBs for starting tallent very easily tho. They aid in making trades but they dont swing players on their own.
