Per Jags.com's John Oehser, Marrone "wasn't joking about this, and he wasn't smiling" when he spoke. "Zero," Marrone replied when asked how many times he wants Blake Bortles to attempt a pass each game. "I’d like to run the ball every play. I want to go back to the old way. I want to change the game." It's the same style of football Dallas and Tennessee have successfully implemented over the past few years. Leonard Fournette will be the centerpiece of the Jaguars' offense, and the weekly game plan will be to hide Bortles.

He was a pretty good value pick for you. Not devastating or anything but still pretty significant.

The hits are just starting. I freaked for a little when I saw that Mixon left practice the other day with an ankle, only to find out that it was just a cut.

Seems unlikely that there is much regret to be had in dropping Paxton.

Not related to this league, but was wondering what yall thought about this keeper situation for a different league.

10 team PPR. No keepers in rounds 1&2. Can keep 2 players but only 1 (or 0) can be from rounds 3-7. They carry over their draft value from the year before unless they were a waiver add where they will carry a round 16 value. If I keep 2 players with a round 16 value, then they will essentially be my 15th&16th pick.

I have the 3rd pick in a snake draft. Deciding on AB, Odell, and Julio for this unless something happens with Zeke.

Jarvis Landry-6th

Josh Gordon-11th (LOL)
Jameis Winston-14th
Tevin Coleman-16th
Devante Adams-16th
James White-16th
CJ Anderson-16th

Davante Adams seems like the sure fire keeper. After that I'm not sure who I would pick as my second keeper.

Landry is still really good value for a 6th, but I am fairly concerned about his situation for this year with how things have unfolded in the preseason. Jameis has looked great in the preseason and is also a steal for what would be pretty much a last round pick. I don't know if I would want to keep a QB over a position player though. Also, strictly speaking I guess Tevin Coleman has to be considered given his value as a last round keeper, but I don't have much faith that he has room to grow or even necessarily maintain in that crowded backfield. I think that I would lean keeping Landry, but I wouldn't feel completely confident about it.

Or Jordan Matthews. Or Charles Clay. Or most likely Lesean McCoy will really be the only viable option at all in that offense.
