Why ask this question? Bortles has been a top 10 qb I believe. Kap? Bottom ten I think would be a safe bet.

I'd go Bortles. He's been playing well all year long and Kap has looked like garbage. Contrary to popular belief, Houston's defense has been terrible.

Despite a bum shoulder, I don't think you should feel bad playing Bortles over Kap, even if Kap decides to go off.
