12 team non-ppr

My team
QB: Eli, Flacco
RB: McCoy, Lamar Miller, Joique Bell, Daniel thomas
WR: Julio Jones, Alshon Jeffery, Beckham, Doug Baldwin, Josh Gordon
TE: Olsen

His team:
QB: Luck
RB: Lacy, Crowell, Pierce, Sproles, Rainey, Taylor
WR: Watkins, Cooks, Fitzgerald
TE: Gates

The proposed trade is him to give Luck and Lacy for Flacco, Olsen, and Miller. QB is a glaring weakness in my lineup, but I'd be giving up a lot to get luck. I'm not a big fan of lacy, and there's not really any quality TE's on the ww. He wants to start one of the TE's in the flex, so he won't give up gates.. Would you take this trade? Should I counter with something else? Maybe he could throw in sproles so I would have somewhat of a handcuff for shady.

I wouldn't do it...try Luck for Miller/Flacco. You can get by with McCoy and Bell and it will improve your QB. His RBs suck...I don't know why he wants to trade Lacy. He needs another RB bad.

Edit: Actually he needs WR too, his whole team has the suck

I would take it, The value of Luck alone helps you a lot, and there probably isn't much drop off between Lacy. I think you can take the hit on TE with Julio Jones and Doug Baldwin for sure. And time well tell if Beckham is stud

I agree, but he's gotten lucky with match ups and surprisingly is 5-2. I think only 3 teams have scored less than his so far.
