Better backup QB

Have Matt Ryan as my starter, who is the better backup Freeman or Fitzmagic?

I have Ryan and grabbed Fitz just in case they decide to sit him. But if Freeman was available I would definitely rather have him.

I have a similar question. I have Matt Ryan and was wondering which QB would be a better week 15/16 spot starter if needed:
Colin Kaepernick
Jay Cutler
Russell Wilson
Any help would be appreciated. I want to go with Kaepernick since Seattle might be missing both of its starting corners (at least 1) by week 16 (which is a game where Ryan might not play much).

Touch matchups for all three of those guys in week 16. I'd probably rank them:
Wilson
Kaepernick
Cutler
but by the slimmest of margins
Wilson has been pretty great lately.. I'm gonna watch and see what he does against a good Arizona D this week after tearing apart the Bears D last week. If he does well I'd feel pretty safe with him in week 16 even though he had a bad outing against the 49ers earlier this year.
