Best defense to use this week?

I've currently got Bills D against Cincy.
Best available are Washington against Cleveland, Giants against Indy, and Chargers against Rams.
Should I stick with Bills in the Championship or try a waiver pick?

I also have the Bills this week and Jacksonville and the Giants are available. Just picked up the Jags - it’s basically a crap shoot between the Jags and Giants, right?
