Last minute here, I'm down by 20 and I can either play Leveon bell or ray rice? Everything says to play bell but I feel like Rice is due for a big game on a MNF stage

Detriot has had a pretty stout run D all year except for last week when they got blasted but the weather was insane in that game.
They're playing at home in the dome so weather will be perfect. The bengals are equaling as good or even better on run D so these are really two bad matchups.
Everything I'm seeing online says to start Bell over Rice.
