who are you playing at WR1 and WR2?

I would not sit Cooks this week.

Baldwin is a nice play too though.

Trying to figure out why you have to choose only 1.

Nice setup.

I would play Cooks.

Picked up Baldwin on the wire a few weeks back, pretty happy about it.

Cooks' big 0 cost me the game last week -- still in a great playoff position, but need to be smart moving forward.

Cooks was game planned out of being a factor by a much better defense a week ago and the Coordinator who cooked up that plan got lit up mercilessly for it.

I dont think Detroit will try the same thing.

Start Baldwin, Cooks wasn't even shutdown in most of the game VS. LA. Face it MT13 is the new WR1 in that offense. Cooks will remain a deep threat no doubt but think about how much more separation MT gets and how much easier he is to throw to. Cooks is on his way to becoming what Kenny Stills was.

Baldwin was available on the wire? wow

Both are good plays. Hasn't Julio been wildly inconsistent this year? I don't own him, so I don't really know, but isn't he just as likely to put up 0 as Cooks?

Inconsistent yes. Still 3rd in WR scoring and coming off a dud.

Last 3 times he had single digit scoring this year he came back with 12/300/1, 7/139/1, and 8/111/1

Expect an over correction this week from the Saints regarding Cooks.

Cooks should go off this week.

Cooks at home 2016
22 catches 478 yards 5 TDs in 6 games at home
Cooks is averaging 14.8 in .5 ppr at home this season even after his doughnut day/17.7 before

Baldwin at home 2016
31 catches 480 yards 2 TDs in 5 games at home
Baldwin is averaging 15.1 in .5 ppr at home this season

Both are fantastic plays at the flex but I would roll with Cooks.

OP, I'd probably go with party on this. He's usually pretty good.

Doug Baldwin plays the slot. Carolina CB Leonard Johnson defends the slot, and is graded 110 of 120 CBs this year.

Cooks will get his, but the Saints and Brees are the last team that will succumb to his unhappiness. They will always spread it around

And the resident expert (much to BMB's dismay) chimes in.

OP: Doug Baldwin did go to my high school, so go with him.

Seriously though, I have no clue on this one. Gyno and Party are 2 very good posters on this board, IMO, and they have 2 different views on it. Tough call.

with julio and evans, it's not even a huge decision. can go with either.

we just know wilson will throw to baldwin and this is the point of the season last year where they made their money

When a star player puts up a goose egg teams tend to over correct the next game.

Happens all of the time.

Chance Cooks sees more targets than normal.

I'm also biased in that I'm starting him in 2

I am always cautious this time of year with weather forecasts.

Seattle's weather forecast for tonight-Sunday night is predicting rain/potentially snow over the weekend. Nothing crazy on Sunday but the field will be effected.

Cold weather and a consistent light wind during the game.

Not sure how well the playing conditions will be for SNF especially for a reliable passing attack.

If you plan on playing Baldwin I would checkout the hourly the morning of the game.
