We cap our roster size to 3 RBs and 3 WRs. I have AP, Bell, and Blount. Is it safe to drop AP yet or should I hold out and (probably) take an L this week with an empty RB slot or pick up someone on the waiver?

Werner is saying 1-3 weeks minimum. I'm 0-2 and really don't wanna be 0-3 because I'm holding out hope that he's coming back week 5-6 strong as ever

2-3 weeks if they trim the tear
At least 3 months if they repair the tear
AP could try and play on it but my bet would be that wouldn't last long

Waiting to hear what him and Dr. agree to do

Trade AP to someone for another RB or take the loss. Don't drop AP.

still doesn't specify if they're just cutting it or repairing it

Well the tweet said repair. I think the time table is he'll be ready by the playoffs if everything goes well

but he also gave a 4-6 week timeline which wouldn't jive with a repair

Yeah it's weird. What I saw yesterday was they had a few options and the option for 4-6 weeks was just a clean up.

Yeah the wording matters a lot so have to see if that "repair" in tweet is correct

Must be truly repairing it. When u repair it, u put stitches in and simply can not use the leg for long time or the stitches will pop.

With Adrian Peterson having surgery tomorrow, he’s likely out until December at least. Would loom large for a potential playoff appearance.
