Drafted him in the 15th. I personally think he may turn out.

He's getting a lot of targets from Mariota. I think its worth the risk.

Mariota seems to like him a lot and I think Mariota will be very efficient this year. I believe Tennessee will be in the bottom third of the league in pass attempts, but they'll make them count. He's not in the right situation to be a absolute stud, but could turn out to be a serviceable and reliable WR2.

I've read that Sharpe runs crisp routes (especially for a rookie) and doesn't drop anything. I think those are the two most important aspects of a good receiver. I'd like to see how he performs in their 3rd preseason game.

For now, I'm liking what I'm hearing.

I took a late round flier on him. He has the potential to be a WR2, like someone else mentioned, so why not take a shot.

Kendall Wright hasn't played, keep in mind.

And Rishard Matthews is sneaky good, good.

Keep in mind TEN wont pass enough to produce a consistent fantasy WR1 or WR2

He is absolutely worth the 15th round pick. If you are right he barely cost you anything. Nobody ever counts on their 15th round pick to make or break their season. If he sucks the first two weeks, you can just drop them pick up someone else. You are in a low-risk high-reward gamble, easy bet.

Just checked out their roster. Rihard Mathews. Andre johnson. Harry douglas. Wright. And hunter.

And they have him listed as a starter. I say it's worth it there. If he averaged 50yrs and a td here and there it's worth it.
