I have Matt Ryan as my back up. He's been playing better than Luck this season.
My current wide outs are Deandre Hopkins and Doug Baldwin. Standard league format.
Any other perspectives on this? I'm stuck

No Qb is worth a rb 1 or wr1. Most are not good enough for a rb2 or wr2. In standard you start 1 qb. There are 32 starting qbs, 15-20 of which average within 5 points of each other. If you are offered this trade then your trade partner is a mouth breathing idiot. If you are offering this trade then you will get rejected.

luck's value right now is near edelman, nelson, landry; cooper, maclin, decker are probably the ceiling

I wouldn't trade nelson or landry for luck.. probably not most of the others either, but I don't own them
