Some people say he will be a flop like last year. Some articles have said he'll pass up T.Y. I don't know if I believe that. Opinions?

I think the tarts vacated by Wayne and Nicks will go to Johnson, Dorsett and Moncrief and probably a bit more evenly than everyone thinks.
Maybe 65-70 catches and 5-7 TDs

Yeah he's actually never done that in his career.

he will do it this year. he is set up perfectly to do so.

Yup. This is the first year his QB is good.

He's never actually had Andrew Luck throwing him the ball either.
He's never had a QB that's thrown for 40 TDs
He's never had a QB that's thrown for 30 TDs

03': Carr - 9 TDS
04': Carr- 16 TDs
05: Carr - 14 TDS
06: Carr- 11 TDs
07: Schaub/Sage- 24 TDs
08: Schaub/Sage 21 TDs
09: Schaub- 29TD
10: Schaub- 24 TDs
11: Schaub/Yates/Delhomme/Leinart- 20 Tds
12: Schaub- 22 TDs
13: Schaub/Keenum- 19 TDs
14: Revolving Door- 22 TDS
Luck in 2014: 40 TDs, and will prob go up. So Luck threw pretty much 2x as many TDs as the guys that were throwing to Andre Johnson previously. Couple that with having actual weapons around him, and he is poised to have a career year in the end zone.

To add to that..
Johnson, since 2009, caught 25% of the TDs thrown by his QBs in the games he played.

that's a big assumption LE!
I think having a legit running threat in Gore should eat into that slightly

This is 34 year old Andre Johnson not 26-29 year old Andre Johnson. He's flexing at best this season. Once you lose a step it's hard to make up for it. Luck has 4 receiving threats to eat his TDs plus Gore to throw to out the backfield on that swing pass.

that's not that old though, he caught 85 balls last year with turds throwing to him.
3 seasons ago, a 34 yr old Reggie Wayne went for 106/1300 in this offense.
Anquan Boldin, Steve Smith, etc, remained viable even in worst offenses.

Among the categories Andrew Luck led the NFL in last year was dropped passes by his receivers and he had eight dropped passes by running backs. Andre Johnson's career drop percentage (3.9 percent) is more than 1 percent lower than the Colts' team average during Luck's career. And Frank Gore has a total of one drop in the past two seasons.
