I'm 1-4, so looking to make a move.

My team:

Stafford
Carr

McCoy
Lacy
Lat Murray
Matt Jones
T. West
McKinnon

AB
B. Marshall
Pryor
Moncrief

Dwayne Allen

His team:

Big Ben
Cousins

J. Howard
Lamar Miller
Rashad Jennings
Artis-Payne
Ivory

Edelman
Kelvin Benjamin
Diggs
Emmanuel Sanders

Jimmy Graham
Martellus Bennett

Am I giving up too much if I give up AB and a Matt Jones/McKinnon type for Kelvin, Howard, and Bennett?

I actually don't think that's a terrible trade for you.

I wouldn't do that if I were you

What's he going to do? Stroke it to AB while he's in 10th place and out of the playoffs? He's gotta make a move here.

PPC or standard?

At first glance I feel I could argue both ways on the trade. Benjamin has been up and down, so it would definitely be a WR downgrade, but you'd get a RB upgrade.

Standard. I've put up over 100 the past two weeks and still got beat. Played against Julio and the 300 yard monster and I got Quizzed in a game that I had all but won last week. Played against the top scoring QB in pretty much every week as well.

Been a brutal start.

I don't know, man. I don't know the structure/size of your league, but your team isn't that bad. It sounds like you may have just had some tough breaks.

Grabbing Bennett and Howard would both be great upgrades for your team, but at the cost of AB, it's a tough call. Have you tried to sell him on this same trade, but for BMarsh instead of AB? Or maybe try BMarsh/L Murray.

I don't necessarily agree. He's definitely weak at RB, but being 1-4 doesn't mean you have to make a move. And certainly don't do it just to do it.

Ultimately, it's not a terrible trade, but I would either try to do it for a WR other than AB, or try to get a little more for AB. Like maybe have him throw Diggs into the trade as well.

If you are putting up these points, I wouldn't be making trades. I don't think you would be upgrading. Fantasy is just bad luck sometimes, and that seems what the last couple weeks have been. I just won a game scoring 56 points. shite happens.

This. I was typing during the other responses. If you're putting up a bunch of points, don't sell the farm just because you've been unlucky

See if you can get Graham instead....I think he has a better season than Bennett.

But that trade looks alright to me...you get three starters.

i'm also having trouble coming up with a trade involving AB

Is CJ/Brandon Marshall for AB a solid move?

I'd stay put. Your team will be fine

I tried to do a BMarsh trade, all he wants is AB. I thought about staying pat, but I've had terrible luck streaming TEs this year. My fantasy points from the TE position, week by week:

1
2
5
1
3

Would that persuade anyone that I should pull the trigger or just stay put and hope it all works itself out?

Waiver TEs available:

Gates
Jesse James
Witten
Clay
Julius Thomas
Richard Rodgers

Sounds like you've run into some bad luck, but I would stay put. I would check around the league to see how your team is faring against others and see if you're just getting some bad breaks.

In one league I'm 1-4 and have scored between 109-122 every week; I have been in the top 5 in scoring (14 teams) every week. I lead the league in scoring, just happened to face a top 2 scoring team 3 times already this season.

Picked up Julius and ended up trading AB for ODBjr and Doug Martin. If I can just get a W this week and not drop to 1-5, I feel OK about my chances when Doug comes out of this bye week.

Thanks for the advice fellers
