I would do Moncrief. Breaux will probably cover Hilton leaving either Browner or Swann to cover Moncrief in a lot of man to man looks.
Even if Ben does play I wouldn't trust him till you know he is fully back.

FWIW I'm not playing the guy being checked by Josh Norman. He's been shutting down elite WRs all season.

Good problem to have as I think all are viable plays this week.
Cooper will probably get the most volume, so don't overlook that. I don't know what his matchup is, though.
Moncrief will probably have a good game against the Saints.

Cooper is facing Jason Verrett. Verrett is playing like a Pro Bowler right now. Pro Football Focus has him as a top CB.
