I'd prob go Morris/Ingram/Gordon instead of Sanders.

First off, I wouldn't plan out your draft with the thinking that you'll get X player in X round
I'd be eyeing Randall Cobb or Jeffery with the 2nd pick. sanders has went ahead of Hilton in my 2 12 team Ppr drafts. Both will be there for your 3rd pick more than likely
Only needing to start 1 RB eliminates a lot of strategy

Are Matthews, Cooks and/or Hopkins available when you pick Sanders? If so I'd take all 3 over him.
