12 Team League / PPR - How do I make my team better?

I'm 4-2 and currently tied for 2nd place. I just traded Michael Thomas for Martellus Bennett to give me a little bit more at the TE position. Are there any other glaring weaknesses I need to be addressing (other than the defense) prior to the playoffs?

Also, who to start this week? Chrstine Michael or Lamar Miller?

I just don't have faith in Henry. I wish I did but I feel like Gates is going to steal a lot of his value.
