I was listening to a pollster on Sirius yesterday and he was saying an early indicator will be Eastern Kentucky. Just because it will be closing before others and it is heavily concentrated with blue collar Dems (the "white, uneducated males" the MSN now refers to them as). If it's a big turnout, it'll be a good sign for how it will go for that demographic nationwide.
