As a Black Man Hilary did nothing to try and gain my vote

As a person who believes in small government,being fiscally conservative and don't really care about social issues. Neither candidate was appealing to me.
But Hilary and the Dems thought they could rely on their crutch of the black vote. I last voted Dem in 2004 at 19, and this time I was one of the many blacks who sat this election out completely. You could tell their old reliable base was not energized.
Instead of trying to present policies and stances that will work, all she tried to do was pander. From here comments about fried chicken and hot sauce to calling black men predators. Then rolling out Lebron and JR Smith out at rallies and even having Jay-Z give a free concert.
To college educated black men that is a slap in the face. Not to mention if I did what she did with my job in the military I would be on my way to Ft Leavenworth. frick you Hilary Clinton I hope you rot in jail.

I agree. There was a tremendous amount of insincerity in her relationship to the African American community. Bill Clinton and Barack Obama made a real connection. She failed to do so and in all likelihood saw African American people as simply pawns to achieve a personal goal.

The three candidates I had considered where Webb, Kasich and GJ. Webb was disgracefully never given a chance. Kasich flamed out and GJ the last month completely turned me off for voting for him.
