Been making sure none of the crews working on out house have damaged this nice oak in the front yard. Well they graded for sod last week and now all leaves look a little yellow. Definitely more so than oaks on edge of property is same variety. What can I do to strengthen her and get her back healthy? TIA
The sick one is on the foreground. Healthier one behind it on the left.

Dont let them drive anything heavy over the soil around it. If they already have, you need to aerate. Most common thing done wrong besides adding dirt around the tree.

Believe you can rent one at lowes for about $100. My neighbors did this to their yard.

If the tree is in a fill area its gone, just plant another one. A couple of inches of dirt over the roots will often stunt or kill one.
