I had never been able to find info on the SEC Network being available to online viewing.
Found this link from yesterday discussing it.
SIAP
SEC Network + -- exclusively available on SECNetwork.com and via WatchESPN -- will add live and on-demand coverage of more than 550 digital-exclusive sporting events to the SEC Network multi-screen output in the first year. Ranging across multiple sports from all member schools, SEC Network + events will all be high-quality, multi-camera productions – enabled by extensive new technological and production capabilities built out by ESPN and SEC schools in support of the SEC Network launch.
In addition to authenticated access to the SEC Network and SEC Network + (via laptops and desktops; access via iOS and Android smartphones and tablets is via WatchESPN)

I've been trying to tell people that the SEC Network was going to give you MUCH more access to games than ever before but the tards wouldn't listen. Not only will you be able to watch from your tablet or phone but you will have a ton of past content available at your fingertips from your toilet if you so choose.

I'm getting a chromecast for baseball season. Best $35 I'll ever spend.

just spend a little extra and get a roku 3. i have both and the roku is worth the extra $35. you can find it all the time for $70 on slickdeals.

Replace family member with friend, and that's what I will be doing.

How is it better bbap?

Well for starters it has a remote. I got sick and tired of controlling everything with my phone or tablet. That may sound petty but try adjusting the volume level or skipping forward 15 seconds with your fingers. It's impossible, you'll end up skipping ahead 5 minutes, then back 6, then forward 3 until you get to the point where you are like motherfricker!
Also the roku has a ton of movie channels and just random channels that you can add (like justintv....which was awesome last year but wont be necessary this year. Still just an example).

That's good to know. The skipping ahead thing alone is worth the extra $$. Thanks.

I hate when I hear this...I'd rather it be on cable TV so I can have it playing on ALL my TV's (including the one outside by the BBQ grill). Not just the one TV my laptop is connected to.
