Need some help with home weather stations

I was thinking about getting one as a Christmas gift and thought the OB might have some suggestions. Budget is around $200. TIA.

What do you want from your weather station? I've had two. One is a cheapo that broadcasts to a station in the house which has digital display. The other was around $260 and IP based.

I just want temp, rain gauge, barometric pressure and wind speed. Nothing fancy but relatively accurate. I'm not tracking weather patterns or anything, I just want to be able to look at the screen and get general weather conditions outside.

Check on Amazon. IIRC, they had them for $250 when I was looking
