Anybody going to try one of these this summer for trout?

I did catch a few fish on one like that just screwing around in lake Robinson. I rigged mine up with 5 tsunami's but it is heavy. If you can find some feeding schools of trout there is no reason they shouldn't destroy it.

I've done well on double rigs for trout. So i guess it'll work.

They work on striper out here in CA. But you can only have 3 of the baits with an actual hook on it. The others have to be just teasers. CA Dept of Fish and Game... more concerned with revenue from tickets than actually conserving fish population.

I fish double rigs almost exclusively from april through july. The south side of coon point is all sand bottom and pretty deep so I don't foresee snags being a problem.
