Though some questions exist, BB is a very good hire for Arkansas

There are some legit questions about BB is a fit for Arkansas and vice versa, but overall I think to pull a winning coach from a major Big Ten school has to be considered a coup for Arkansas. I would not have expected them to be able to land that kind of a guy. We'll see if he can adapt his recruiting style to fit the much more dangerous SEC waters, but if he can I think he has a chance to be successful.

I agree. Good coach, but lets see if he can get it done in the SEC.

Arkansas is willing to spend the money to be successful. Time will tell if we're spending it wisely. The more I think about it the more I like it, but I'm always an optimist in the offseason.

i think it's a good hire. left field, but good hire. prolly a better hire 2 yrs. from now, than it is right now though. we'll see...curious to see how his staff shakes out.

He is a good coach, no question.

Recruiting, style of offense, and understanding the SEC are major question marks. I think the major problem is does he fit what Arkansas needs to do?

BB has had two acquire to emergency QBs in Russel Wilson and O'Brien from Maryland.

Only one of those worked and when the second did not they lost 5 games ...
