We have a family fishing rodeo there this weekend. I am bringing up my boat and I have no clue where to fish. Can someone give me a few spots. I heard about last island and wine island.
Any help is appreciated. Also what are some bait plastics or live should I buy.
Thanks

We caught a bunch of school trout on Last island yesterday. Wine Island is hit or miss lately--you have to know how to fish it. This time of year, you have to fish where the wind will let you. Look at a map and you can figure out where you can go based on the forecast. Google maps is a good one to get acclimated. Once you get out there and if you have a good GPS, you'll be able to explore based on what you see out there.
Bring Gulp Shrimp this time of year and try to get live if you can as insurance, but you can almost always catch fish on artificial.

Go find the greenest water at the islands and throw live bait on the bottom into the surf. You will catch fish.
